George Harrison, 1988

This monumental sculpture was commissioned by the Management Committee of the Johannesburg City Council to commemorate the hundredth birthday of the city.  It is certainly one of the largest sculptures in South Africa and can be seen next to the highway at Settlers Park, Eastgate.
